Informational outputs

Formula explanations, health scores, schema suggestions, key scores and quality signals are decision-support outputs. They do not replace validation by the workbook owner, accountant, auditor, HR representative or other responsible professional.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, unlawfully obtained personal data, trade secrets you are not authorised to process or material intended to damage the service. Automated scraping, credential abuse and attempts to bypass size or rate limits are prohibited.

Availability

We may change limits, suspend abusive accounts or temporarily disable a tool to protect data integrity and service stability. Shared-hosting limits mean oversized operations may be rejected rather than allowed to exhaust memory.

Liability and jurisdiction

You remain responsible for source data, backups and decisions made from outputs. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific audit. Jurisdiction is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
