Acceptance of terms

By using ReconNimble, you agree to use the platform responsibly and only for data you are authorised to process. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service purpose

ReconNimble helps users compare datasets, detect gaps, find duplicates, generate formulas and prepare reconciliation reports. It is a productivity tool and does not replace professional, legal, financial, HR or audit advice.

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for verifying results before acting on exports, deleting accounts, recovering charges, paying invoices or changing asset ownership records.

Users must ensure uploaded files comply with their organisation’s policies and applicable laws.

Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate account information, keep passwords secure and not share superadmin or team-admin access with unauthorised users.

ReconNimble may limit, suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or upload prohibited content.

Plan limits

Free, Pro and Team plans may include limits for file size, rows, daily jobs, saved projects, exports, worker usage, ads and retention duration. Limits may change as the platform matures.

Uploads and exports

The service may reject unsupported, unsafe, corrupted or oversized files. Export links are intended to use signed expiring tokens and must not be shared publicly when they contain business data.

Payments

When paid plans are enabled, payments will be processed through Razorpay or another configured payment provider. ReconNimble does not store card information. Invoices and payment references may be stored for accounting and subscription management.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service stable, but availability may be affected by hosting, maintenance, worker outages, file errors or third-party services. Features, pricing and limits may be updated with reasonable notice where material.

Limitation of liability

ReconNimble is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Users must independently verify important business actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.

Jurisdiction

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. For support, email hello@reconnimble.com.
