Features

One product, two privacy boundaries

The free acquisition layer is browser-only. The authenticated Reconcile app is server-side because saved jobs, server exports and audit history require deliberate storage.

Browser-private free tools

Compare, missing-record, dedupe, merge/join, formula and converter tools use the File API and local exports. Public routes do not accept spreadsheet file POSTs.

CSV and lightweight XLSX support

CSV/TSV use a local quoted-field parser. XLSX reads Office Open XML ZIP/XML structures in the browser and focuses on tabular values.

Focused tool variants

Compare Excel, compare CSV, join-by-ID, inner/left/right/full joins and other variants share audited engines while addressing distinct user tasks.

Local converters

CSV↔Excel, CSV↔TSV, CSV↔JSON and split-file workflows create downloads locally without sending source data to ReconNimble.

Deterministic formula generator

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, COUNTIF and COUNTIFS run locally. Optional AI is dormant until an operator enables a provider.

Opt-in share links

Formula and result permalinks are created only after an explicit publish action. Duplicate signatures reuse canonical URLs and low-engagement links start noindex.

Two- to five-source Reconcile

Logged-in jobs keep the existing server-side mapping, exact/normalized matching, capped fuzzy candidates, conflict resolution and saved profiles.

Audit and private exports

Reconcile records source hashes, mappings, rules and resolutions and provides CSV/XLSX/PDF/audit outputs through private routes.

Admin-panel controls

Manage tool caps, variants, plans, content, AdSense slots, optional AI settings, consent controls, contact messages, diagnostics and migrations.

Dormant by default

AdSense, affiliate placements, billing and AI are all OFF at fresh installation. Public tools and the rule-based formula generator continue to work without any of them.
