Billing is disabled by default. ReconNimble does not accept plan payments until the operator completes payment-gateway activation and production testing.

Current position

Public browser tools and free accounts do not require a purchase. Pro and Team prices describe planned service limits while BILLING_ENABLED=false; upgrade buttons lead to a waitlist or contact form rather than checkout.

Before paid activation

Before billing is enabled, this policy must show the cancellation timing, failed-payment handling, duplicate-charge correction and circumstances in which a refund may be approved. Any future refund request will be reviewed against the terms shown at the time of purchase and applicable Indian consumer law.
