Introduction

ReconNimble is a spreadsheet reconciliation platform operated for users who need to compare files, find missing records, detect duplicates and export reports. This policy explains how data is handled when you use the website, create an account, contact us or upload files for reconciliation.

Contact and jurisdiction

For privacy questions, contact hello@reconnimble.com. ReconNimble is operated from India, and the intended jurisdiction for disputes is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, account login details, plan information, contact form messages, IP address, browser details, uploaded file metadata, reconciliation job metadata and generated export metadata.

When payments are enabled, payment references, order IDs, invoice IDs and subscription status may be stored. Card, UPI, netbanking or wallet details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by ReconNimble.

Uploaded files and reconciliation data

Uploaded spreadsheets may contain business data such as employee information, serial numbers, vendor billing records, invoices or email lists. Files are used only to provide the reconciliation workflow requested by the user.

Guest and free user files are intended to remain temporary. Paid plan retention, saved projects and team storage depend on plan limits and cleanup rules displayed in the product.

How we use data

We use data to provide account access, process uploads, run reconciliation jobs, generate exports, answer contact requests, improve diagnostics, prevent abuse, maintain security and operate paid plans when enabled.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. Data may be shared only with infrastructure, hosting, payment or operational providers required to run the service, or when legally required.

When Razorpay is enabled, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. ReconNimble stores only payment status and references needed for invoices and subscription handling.

Cookies, ads and analytics

The public website and free tools may use cookies, analytics or ad slots to measure usage and support a free plan. Paid plans are designed to remove ads where the plan allows.

Security

We use password hashing, CSRF protection, protected admin routes, signed expiring download links and server-side validation. Users must still avoid uploading files they are not authorised to process.

Retention and deletion

Temporary files, exports and guest jobs are designed to expire through cleanup rules. Account records, audit logs, invoices and security logs may be retained for operational, legal or billing reasons.
