Spreadsheet files

Delivery 1 processes uploads inside the current PHP request. The original upload is not copied into a public directory. Some tools create a new CSV export outside public browsing paths. That export uses a random token, expires after the configured retention period and is eligible for automated cleanup.

Accounts and messages

We store account name, email, password hash, plan and status. Contact messages store the submitted name, email, subject and message so the team can respond. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Usage records

Tool logs contain the tool slug, status, date, member ID when signed in and a privacy-preserving hash derived from the connection address. Tool input, spreadsheet cells and filenames are not written to usage logs.

Cookies

Essential cookies protect sessions and CSRF controls. Analytics and advertising are disabled by default. Where enabled later, optional scripts remain gated by consent and documented configuration.
